PreSchool ABA Program

Touchstone's preschool ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) program is designed for children, ages 2-5 years old, with learning and language differences, autism and other behavioral challenges.

Combining PreSchool with Applied Behavior Analysis

Early childhood education programs give children a head start in developing critical thinking, building their social and emotional skills and improving both fine and gross motor skills. Early experiences and environments generate neural connections in children that form the foundation for all later learning and achievement. By teaching sharing and empathy habits, early literacy and math skills, we are helping children become grounded, engaged adults later in life.

Applied Behavior Analysis

Our staff has expanded on our PreSchool curriculum to accommodate students with attention deficits and behavioral challenges. Our accredited ABA professionals have created an environment of work and play. Playtime includes appropriate toy play, self-management skills and peer interactions. Our "work" targets early learning, age-appropriate motor-skills development and behavioral cusps including social skills and toileting. Focus includes shapes, colors, letters, number concepts and prerequisites needed for school.

Structured Play • Individual & Group Instruction • Group Circle Time • Outdoor Recess • Lunch & Snacks • Group Story Time • Nap/Rest Time • Gym Time • Art Time

We develop a unique learning plan for each child, targeting deficit areas and supporting their progress with programmatic scaffolding and parent training opportunities. Touchstone's PreSchool ABA Program is a positive environment focusing on developing independence and skills needed to be successful in school, community and home. Children are immersed in language all day, exposed to both individual and group instruction. We typically see gains in social communication and improvements in problem behavior.

Typical hours are 8:15-2:45 but hours are always based on individual needs. PreSchool is open all year long. Register today!
