The theme for this year's World Behavior Analysis Day is Behavior Analysis in Action
"Behavior analysis is the science of behavior, with a history extending back to the early 20th century. Its guiding philosophy is behaviorism, which is based on the premise that attempts to improve the human condition through behavior change (e.g., education, behavioral health treatment) will be most effective if behavior itself is the primary focus." -BACB

Let's Celebrate Behavior Analysis!
National Day Archives WBAD Proclamation
The formal International Day Proclamation announcing March 14th-20th of every calendar year is World Behavior Analysis Day! The celebration lasts the entire week from March 14th culminating on Dr. Skinner’s, March 20th.
NYSABA Board of Directors member and BCBA, LBA, Elizabeth Drago, originated the idea to create a commemorative day to celebrate the science of behavior analysis.
She, along with many distinguished organizations and colleagues in the field of behavior analysis, collaborated to develop the ‘Day’ to be celebrated worldwide!
Designating World Behavior Analysis Day will provide a platform for educating many others about this dynamic field and highlight its many contributions to society at large.
Touchstone ABA is excited to be a part of this celebration as well!
Happy World Behavior Analysis Day to all those who practice the science of behavior analysis in their everyday lives!
